Each island sells different flower bags. If your island doesn't sell lily, visit other player's island to purchase one.
Get Flowers From Your Island
Some island naturally have lily from the beginning. They grow on the clifftop so use ladder to get them.
If your island don't have lily, visit other player's island to get one.
