New Day Starts From 5 am
The date changes at 0:00 AM. However, the construction of your house and facilities will be completed when the clock hits 5:00 am. Tom Nook will make an island-wide broadcast to announce what's new. So technically, a new day starts from 5:00 am in ACNH!
