When's The Next ACNH Mario Crossover Update?

Patch Date	February 25th (※ Time Unspecified)

Version 1.8.0 of the game is set to go live on February 25th, 2021. This Mario Update is filled with Super Mario Bros. themed items, furniture, & clothes, and will be available for purchase at Nook Shopping by March 1.

Mario Crossover Items For Sale

Sale Date	March 1st (※ Time Unspecified)

Mario crossover items will be available for order at Nook Shopping starting March 1. You may purchase a variety of Super Mario Bros. themed furniture, items, and even character costumes!

Mario Furniture Brimming With Surprises

All Mario Furniture will have special qualities and surprises! Some items will play music when touched, and warping to different parts of your island will also be made possible with Warp Pipes!

Seasonal Items

Seasonal items are available for purchase from February 25 to March 17. Special clothing will also be sold at Able Sisters on Shamrock Day.

There weren't any announcements regarding the next update, which leads us to believe that there won't be any new additional updates until mid-March.

Will All Seasonal Events Be Held Annually?

Many of the seasonal events that we enjoyed last year will not be held in 2021 even if they were held on the same dates last year. It's assumed that new updates will be introduced instead.

How To Update ACNH - Mario Update

Press The + Button On Your Switch

The software generally updates automatically if you're connected to the internet. However, if you're still encountering trouble, you can update it manually by pressing the + button on your console.

Try Restarting Via Power Options

If the software still won't update, try restarting your console by pressing the power button for a few seconds until the "Power Options" option pops up and select "Restart."

Match Version With Local Users

If you don't have internet, you can match your software with another console that has already been updated. This may be done by using the "Match Version with Local Users" option on the update window.
