The Rescue Service In Animal Crossing: New Horizons helps players who are stuck and need to get back home. Players simply need to call the service to activate it.
Mr. Resetti Found A New Job?
In previous Animal Crossing games, players who were stuck tended to reset their game, forcing Mr. Resetti to appear and scold them. Judging by the music & confirmation that Resetti "lost" his job, it seems that he might be the one in charge of the Rescue Service in New Horizons!
Rescue Service - Cost Per Use
100 Miles Per Use
Each rescue will cost you 100 Nook Miles. This is regardless of the distance you are from your house.

1. Access Via Nook Phone
To access the Rescue Service, you simply have to open up your Nook Phone and select the app. It can be found on the lower left portion of the phone's screen.

Once you've selected the Rescue Service, your screen will black out and you'll be teleported in no time.
Costs Miles
It's worth noting that the Rescue Service will cost 100 Miles to use! In general, we recommend saving up your Miles to get useful items or clothes from Nook Shopping, so be careful not to overuse this feature!
