Talk To Franklin To Start
Talk to Franklin in the plaza to start Turkey Day event and learn which ingredients he needs. If you forget which ingredients to gather, talk to Franklin and he let you know again.
Gather Ingredients For Franklin

After you've gathered required ingredients, go talk to Franklin to get Turkey Day furniture as rewards.
Look For Secret Ingredients
▲Talk to villagers for hints
After you've completed 4 dishes, gather secret ingredients for additional rewards. Visit villager's house and exchange ingredients to get hints on secret ingredients.

▲A villager looking for ingredients to exchangeBy talking to villagers in their houses, you can trade and get ingredients for Franklin. However, the item villagers give you is determined randomly, so if you want to collect ingredients fast, trading like this might not be an efficient method.
