From 9am to 12 midnight on Turkey Day, you can give all the ingredients required to make Clam Chowder to Franklin at the plaza. He will then create the dish to be served on the table!

Shovel Up Manila Clam From The Sand
Manila Clam can be farmed by digging them up from the sand. If you see water sprouting in any of the sandy areas, you can dig it up to get a Manila Clam.

Scallops will require a bit of Diving to get them. Since they're randomly found on the sea floor, you might need to dive a few times before you can get one.
