The secret ingredient for the Pumpkin Pie is not set as it will always be the color of the pumpkin used for the required ingredients. For example, if the green pumpkin is designated as an ingredient, white pumpkin and yellow pumpkin are the secret ingredients.

Give Ingredients To Franklin
From 9am to 12 midnight on Turkey Day, you can give all the ingredients required to make Pumpkin Pie to Franklin at the plaza. He will then create the dish to be served on the table!

Villagers will request fish and other sea creatures when you talk to them at their homes. They will exchange them for ingredients you can use. The rewards are random however so getting the ingredients you want can be difficult.
