Pitfall seeds take the shape of a white sphere with an exclamation mark on them. They are an item which, once planted in the ground, can be used to trap someone who walks into them temporarily. This is primarily a for-fun item.
Pitfall Seeds Are One-Time Use
Once you've planted a seed in the ground, it will be consumed in the process! You won't be able to dig it back up and re-use it, so be careful!
Bury In A Hole
Once you've crafted your Pitfall Seed, dig a hole and bury it inside, just like you would with a tree or flower.

Wait For An Unsuspecting Victim To Step On It
Once another player (or you yourself if you're not careful) steps onto the X, they will fall in and be unable to move for a while. By wiggling the control stick, they'll be able to escape eventually, so don't expect to keep them there forever. This is just a light-hearted practical joke!
