How To Farm Red Ornaments

Shake A Tree And Pick It Up

Ornaments

Red ornaments will fall out of pine trees you shake during the Holiday season (from December 15th to January 6th). You can keep shaking a tree and get an unlimited amount, but once 10 are on the ground, they'll stop spawning. Pick up those 10 and then go back to shaking.

Only Pine Trees Are Decorated

Pine Trees

In true Christmas spirit, only pine trees will have decorations hung on them. Fruit-bearing deciduous trees and coconut trees will not drop ornaments! Also, note that not all pine trees will be decorated! If you know that your island is rather low on pine trees, consider planting some ahead of time!
