Ingredients Differ Betwen Hemispheres
Depending on your hemisphere, the recipe for this dish will be different. This is due to the different season currently available between the hemispheres with mushrooms out of season in the southern one.

Give Ingredients To Franklin
From 9am to 12 midnight on Turkey Day, you can give all the ingredients required to make Gratin to Franklin at the plaza. He will then create the dish to be served on the table!

Most Ingredients Can Be Found By Diving
Mussels, Oysters, and Sea Urchins can only be acquired by diving and collecting them from the sea floor. Make sure to wear your dive suit to be able to swim in the ocean! They're all available all day.

No Ingredients? Talk To Your Villagers!
Villagers will request fish and other sea creatures when you talk to them at their homes. They will exchange them for ingredients you can use. The rewards are random however so getting the ingredients you want can be difficult.
