Disappointing weapong, I thought it would be an upgrade to black tassle for Zhongli but you lose 20% HP. Very weird.

Blacktassle give more HP but the energy form this weapon is amazing. I use it on burgeon Thoma and and Baizhu. And my god the energy I get at R5 let me have burst up non stop and I could even lower my ER substats alot!

disappointingly low hp sub-stat. black tassel is still a much better option lol
