i think you need to finish xiao's story quest first. mine wasn't triggering until i finished his story quest then coming back the next day

i can't get quest does any one knows why i did everything but i can't get quest

I was also able to trigger and start this quest without completing the Archon Quest. I'm specifically saving my content for a little while, so when this triggered and I went to check it out, it just started and began as normal; I am waiting to complete it now, tho

I was able to get and complete this quest without starting/completing the Archon Quest: Interlude "The Crane Returns On The Wind"
