You plant the seeds in the teapot then harvest after a few days. You can use the harvested fruits/veggies as normal.

If you have it equipped whilst reaping vegetables and fruits, seeds are received in a 1:1 ratio (so yes each Jueyun Bush gives 3 seeds) and the max capacity of each seed is 20.
