RAIDEN IS NOT BUSTED because she fills a niche that doesn't fit any team.
She needs a team that can account for her 7 second ult (Xiao), needs lots of energy (Diluc/Hu Tao), a burst damage increase (Ganyu/Keqing/Yoimiya) and doesn't mind electro (freeze Ayaka). Only thing is Xiangling and Eula.
