When i go to feed the foxes, it doesn't give me the option to do so.....Does it need to be a certain time? Or do i need a certain kind of food?

I can confirm the 'Reward For Feed The Foxes' is a Crimson Agate chest.
It also unlocks the 'Untellable Tale' 'Wonders of the World' achievement.
