npc bugged, didn't let me finish quest, did everything in order, finished in the mountains, anyone know how to fix this?

Dont know if it bugged for me, but today i got the quest after going to the expidition camp.
I didnt finish the "In the Mountain" Quest yet. I just killed the "True Ruler of Dragonspine" and achieved the Quest Item.
Did that happen to anyone else?
