you wrote reduce the CD of Elemental burst, but it's actually Elemental Skill that get the 1 sec reduction on reaction proc

Imagine grinding the goblet for a week for your Keqing then after a week, plus a whole lot of resin...only to get anemo bonus...smh why put an unrelated element to a fixed elemental set?
