Noelle should be at a higher rank. although she is basically 'free', she heals, shields, and is a Main DPS. She is very helpful for beginners too. Fischl should be at S, and Ningguang should be at SS since she does lots of geo damage and has a LITERAL WALL.

this board should be rearranged to prioritize mondstat and liyue characters a bit more, and to some point sumeru. inazuma is difficult to reach - most players can only get there past ar 30 bc of quest barrier - therefore difficult to get materials from.

The second mail has been moved to when you reached AR10. First mail, I believe is moved to when you get the Favonius HQ after talking to Jean and company. HoYo do be discouraging players from rerolling.

lisa, kaeya and amber are the rarest characters (because they are only available on standard banner),
if you plan to play for a long time and got them, do not reroll

I think in Standard 5* characters ranking you should move Mona tier higher and Diluc tier lower based on current meta and powercreep.

By "reroll", they mean starting the game over with a new account.

Diluc is good but no way he's in the same tier as Ganyu, Venti and Zhongli. These three are just broken.

zhongli is the best support in the game because of his shield, but rerolling for him can leave you without a solid main dps... i don't think he's an SS-tier reroll

Diona is Cryo not Hydro.
Hu Tao uses her HP to activate her skill, not exp.
Rosaria is a polearm user, not claymore.
Kaeya does not have a shield, his burst gives you 3 orbiting Cryo things.
3 star 94.3% (Characters & Weapons)... there are no 3 star characters.

This tier list is pretty accurate. But there's some tier change when u play game for few months because each character has his/her own growth during investment.
Not recommend reroll but few times is ok. You can use this guide for helping your early game smooth.

Rerolling now only gets you 10 standard wishes at Level 10. With at least 4-5 other wishes with Primos if you spend a whole day at it. You also need to complete up to Amber's flying quest.

If you take tier list seriously, you have a problem. This one says Diona have hydro attacks.

Zhongli isn't too good. Definitely not SS, A at best.

Zhongli is a bad support. You dont bring a support char for 1 thing. Example: mona breaks fire shield, catalyst can bring buffs, cc from E, dmg buff from Q, can proc vape or freezing, deals more dmg than zhong.

Anyone ranting on Zhongli being put in S-tier clearly only expected him to play a main DPS role. Try him out for other roles
