from usage in floor 11, 12, can say Freminet is trash. His big damage will come when the eSkill icon change to Penguin icon. He dependent to Mika, & Broken Pines. Not good fighting multiple enemies. His C6 gave 2x more dmg than usual, but not great

Too different mechanics to call Freminet a "4* Eula". Pers is more like a transmutation machine than a nuke like Eula's Lightfall Sword. Anyway, he's still good despite coming at the worst possible time for him.
