after all ghosts, have to talk to him twice. he says thank you and a cutscene plays and u get this achievement

After talking to the boatman a lot, they said sth about a grandmother (pic) and her not being able to baord the boat. I havent completed the grandmothers quest yet so im guessing u have to do everyones quest and then go to the boatman. I'll inform if sth changes
