The naku weed in konda village is inside the well. If you dont know what i talking about you should do the "A strange story in Konda" quest.

There's nothing on Konda Village btw. Unless im dumb, i dont see any naku weed there

Naku weed in shop does not share the daily reset timer as other items. It resets every 3 days similar to other shops like bubu pharmacy.
