C6 Barbara can revive a dead character back to full HP yet is ranked below Noelle?? Noelle isn't especially great at healing, it's just a plus that she can while also shielding.

Absolutely TRASH list. Has the writer of this ever played Genshin? Barbara, Kokomi and Qiqi are over powered healers. It's basically their whole kit.

Noelle is a hard healer to build overall for most people their Noelle can't even heal. Noelle isn't a good healer at all.
