It's a bit odd, but as per the quest details you need to move the clock forward one day (day time), then move it again to the night.

My game has a bug and the pharmacist or herbalist Gui doesn’t show up at the right location he stays in the pharmacy and that’s it. So did anyone else encounter the problem?
