Given how good she works with Furina due to hunter set, I think Noelle's tier should be increased one or two ranks. Although she probably needs C1 to guarantee the buff.

If you are using furina then use m. Hunter artifact set

Have u tried Noelle with Serpent r5 +4set husk?
Teamup with Gorou+Yunjin+albedo.
Dont push Noelle on ER. Because gorou and yunjin use Favo.

Btw Noelle skills priorities are WRONG for DPS its : Hits > Burst > Shield

If anything Noelle should use Yun Jin over everything. She buffs her burst attacks normal damage immensely.
Gorou and Albedo as supports. If no Albedo use Geo Traveler as a Battery/Crit Rate boost.
At C6 Damage is comparable to Itto.

is prototype archiac good for Noelle? and i build her w 2 pc Gladiator and 2 pc Archiac petrac tips would be nice on how to improve her i maxed her out too i'm AR 55

yeah her c6 scales 50% of her def to attacks

These artifacts are useless on Noelle... her damage scales with DEF...............
