can't do Sigewinne's souvenir photo because "a character is currently involved in other quests", but the quest in question is Baizhu's story that i never finished? the quest location is Qingce Village right now, why is it interfering with the photo?

Sigewinne disappeared from map after doing Neuvilette scenario dialogue (Emilie, Layla and Wrio are still there). Anyone else? P.S. Event quest all finished so she sould not be busy.
