Just visit someone who has open the island and take the sea ganoderma, u can get more in there, i have 140 sea ganoderma visit 2 player random

There's 57 sea ganoderma not 56

I believe I found a spot which may be where sea ganoderma are located under the ocean. It appears as a shallow area on the map to the left of broken isle. Screenshot below was the best shot I could get with it using the water reflection.
