Nintendo official youtube account revealed the detail info of Nature Day (Earth Day). Nature Day will start from April 23rd.

You can meet Leif at the Plaza. He will sell you shrubs and rare flower seeds. He will also buy your clump of weeds per 20 bells.

Limited Time Nature Day Activity

While the Nature Day event is active, you'll be able to earn Nook Miles by completing special limited-time events themed around nature! These include planting trees and flowers, decorating with flowers, and more. You only get 1 nature day limited activity per day so sign up every day to earn miles!

Get A Letter From Tom Nook

In order to kick off the Nature Day festivities, first read the letter in the mail from Tom Nook! Afterwards, talk to him in person at Resident Services.

Buy New Plants At Leif's Garden Shop

In addition to mission-related events, Leif will be in town to sell you some new plants (shrubs)! These include some newly added ones like Azalea and Tea-olive starts!

List Of Nature Day Missions

※ Some of these mission names may be slightly off from their in-game version, but the overall content should be accurate!!!

Plant 3 Cosmos seeds Color doesn't matter	1000 Miles
Shrubbery Hubbuberry Plant 1 Shrub, type doesn't matter	1000 Miles
Decorate With Flowers Place flower items on your island (type doesn't matter)	750 Miles
Put on flower-related clothing Any flower clothing is okay	750 Miles
Plant Mum seeds Color doesn't matter	1000 Miles
Transplant Trees Eat fruit and use shovel to transplant tree	TBD

Most of these missions are pretty self-explanatory, but "decorate with flowers" may be a little bit confusing. Make sure to check out our guide on it in the link above if you're unsure!

Talk To Tom Nook To Start Nature Day Activities

By talking to Tom Nook at the Resident Services, you can start doing Nook Miles+ activities.

What To Do If Missions Aren't Showing Up

If you're not getting any "x5" missions on your Nook Miles app, try clearing the missions you currently have! Once the missions are updated, you should be able to get the new ones. Also, make sure to check if you have the 1.2.0 Update installed!
