Unlock The Photo Studio First
Cyrus will appear from June 1st to June 30th during the Wedding Season event. He will be found in Photopia, the photo studio on Harv's island. His wife Reese will also be there.
How To Unlock Photopia
|①||Build Nook's Cranny|
|②||Put down a Bridge on your island|
|③||Place 3 plots for new villagers. |
Make all the required furniture for the houses.
|④||After the 3 villagers arrive, your Resident Services should go under construction.|
|⑤||Harv will come to your island - talk to him.|
Won't Be Seen Outside The Event
Cyrus will first appear as part of the Wedding Season event, but it seems he won't be sticking around after. There has been no indication that the customization shop will be added to New Horizons, so it seems Cyrus will be an event-exclusive character.Check Out Other Special Villagers Here!

During the Wedding Season event, you'll have to help Cyrus and his wife Reese to take the best possible wedding photo. If you're able to do this, you'll get some wedding-themed items in return!

Ran A Refurbishing Shop With His Wife
In previous games from the Animal Crossing franchise, Cyrus operated a shop with his wife, where he would refurbish furniture for you. It's possible that this shop will be added to New Horizons in a future update as well!
Was In Charge Of Customization
Cyrus's shop, which was called "Re-Tail", was a place you could go to customize your furniture. He would change the design of your existing furniture, letting you even turn some of your furniture gold! His wife, Reese, was actually also in charge of selling Turnips!
