Purchase Seeds At Nook

To grow pink hyacinths, you need to crossbreed white and red hyacinths. Purchase seeds from Nook's Cranny to plant them on your island.

Seeds Change Every Day

Nook's Cranny's seed catalog changes every day. If they don't have hyacinth seeds, you can ask a friend to bring some for you or go on a Mystery Island tour and grab hyacinths there.

Place Red & White Hyacinths Diagonally

How To Breed Pink Hyacinth & Price

Place Pink Hyacinths Diagonally

You can encourage propagation of pink hyacinths by placing 2 of them beside each other, diagonally. If you water them every day, you may see your pink hyacinths multiply and grow!

A Note On Breeding

Flower breeding is a lot more complicated than one might expect, as it seems that flowers have their own individual DNA, which only gets more complicated the more you breed them. There can also be various different ways of getting the same color flower. This means that there is indeed an element of chance involved in the process.

If you use our combinations before and don't get the result you want, try the following:

  • Remove the unwanted flower and try again
  • Buy new flowers with "fresh" DNA

Pink Hyacinth Sells For 80 Bells

You can sell pink hyacinths for 80 Bells at Nook's Cranny. Selling flowers is not one of the most efficient ways of making Bells fast, so it's not recommended to sell them.
