Where To Get Fierce Deity Boots
Get At Ancient Tree Stump
Head to the Ancient Tree Stump.
Head through the route where the vines are blocking.
You can cut down the vines with sharp weapons.
Climb up the thick tree. 
Open the treasure chest behind the vines.
Fierce Deity Boots can be found at Ancient Tree Stump. Also getting the Fierce Deity Boots is one of the objects to complete Side Quest "Misko's Treasure: The Fierce Deity". When you gather all of Misko's Treasure then you will receive Fierce Deity Sword as a reward so finishing this quest is also recommended.
How To Get Fierce Deity Boots Back
Available From The Bargainer Statue In Depths

Once the Fierce Deity Boots is obtained, it will be available in the Bargainer Statue lineup in Depths, and can be reobtained in exchange for Poes. The Bargainer Statue lineup will be restocked during the Blood Moon, so as long as you have Poe, you can get it over and over again.
