How To Beat Flux Construct

Walkthrough
  • Aim and attack at the core (green box)
  • Pull the core apart with Ultrahand
  • Transforms into multiple forms

Aim And Attack At The Core (Green Box)

Flux Construct is made up of a number of interconnected blocks, but there is only one green core. To inflict maximum damage, you have to attack this glowing green core, so target it well. The location of the core is different each time especially in Flux Construct III as it moves after each attack, so it is necessary to find the core each time.

Pull The Core Apart With Ultrahand

The cores can be selected and removed by Ultrahand. When the core is pulled away from Flux Construct's body, it will collapse and become stunned, allowing you to focus on attacking the core. In most situations, it is difficult to attack the core directly, so use Ultrahand to stun it and then attack.

You Can Also Pull 6-7 Non-Core Pieces Apart

If you can pull apart 6 or 7 blocks other than the core, you can break it down even if the core is intact. If it is difficult to aim at the core, pull apart other blocks anywhere.

Can Be Destroyed By Bomb Flower

If you use Bomb Flower and attack with bow, you can easily break it without using Ultrahand. If there is a form you are not good at, you can use Bomb Flower.

Transforms Into Multiple Forms

Flux Construct attacks while changing into multiple forms. Each of them moves differently, but you only need to focus on the core.

Robot Form

Its main attack patterns are arm-slamming attacks and rushing. When slamming, it closes the distance at once, so dash away immediately. Focus on dodge first, and aim to pull the core apart in the opening after the attack.

Cube Form

It becomes one big cube and rolls. Keep moving at a distance until the side with the core is in front of you, and the moment you see the core, use Ultrahand to pull it away.

Floating Platform Form

How To Ride On1. Use Recall on the block it throws.
2. Use Ascend from directly below.

Since it is suspended in the air, its core cannot be attacked from below the ground. Use Recall on the blocks that are thrown at you and attack the core. You can also ascend from directly below with Ascend, but it is highly likely that the height may not be sufficient.
