How To Sneakstrike

A Powerful Strike From Behind The Enemy

If you position yourself behind the enemy, the attack button will prompt you to Sneakstrike. If the enemy does not notice you and you are not in their sight, you can get very close to their back and use Sneakstrike to do a lot of damage.

Weapons That Yield More Powerful Sneakstrikes

Some equipment, such as the Eightfold Blade, increases the damage of Sneakstrike. By fusing, the attack power can be even more improved.

Fewer Attacks Make It Easier To Last Longer

When starting combat with Sneakstrike, the advantage is that the enemy's HP is greatly reduced beforehand, which also reduces the number of attacks required against the enemy and greatly decreases the damage to your weapon.

Guide on Sneakstrike

The trick to Sneakstrike is to be aware of how much noise Link does when moving, the time of the Monster's activity, and whether the weather drowns out movement sound. It is easy to succeed by simply approaching an enemy at night while crouching, and it becomes easier if it is raining!

Tips To Sneakstrike Successfully
1Make Link's movement sound as silent as possible
└ Stay out of sight and crouch walk
2Most monsters sleep around 10 PM
└ They will not react unless you make a loud noise
3Rain masks the sound of Link's movements
If it rains after 10 PM, it is quite easy to Sneakstrike

What To Do When You Can't Sneakstrike

Success Rate Increases When It Rains After 10 PM

Monsters are very active during the daytime, making it difficult to successfully Sneakstrike. If you are unable to Sneakstrike, it is recommended to try after 10 PM when it rains.

Stealth Up Food & Equipment Lower Movement Sound

With Stealth Up food and equipment, you can reduce the sound of Link's movements, making it harder to be noticed by enemies. If the enemy can detect you even when you are crouching, use these to lower the sound.

Sneakstrike Is Easy With Puffshroom

Puffshroom, which can be found in the Depths, is a powerful food to use when aiming for Sneakstrike. It is particularly effective as a means of attack against opponents who are vulnerable to Sneakstrike.

Sneakstrike Loop With Puffshroom

If you are inside the smoke effect of the Puffshroom, it is hard to be found even when the enemy is awake. You can use this to go behind the enemy and aim for another Sneakstrike. And it is also easy to make a Sneakstrike Loop with consecutive Sneakstrikes, so you should use it aggressively against enemies with high firepower.
