Shock Resistance Effects

Dropping Weapons When Subjected To Electrical Attacks

When hit by electrical attacks from enemies like Electric Keese or Electric Wizzrobe, you drop the weapon you're holding. While you can pick them up and retrieve them, be cautious as it's easy to lose sight of them when there are many enemies or the surroundings are dark.

Shock Resistance Countermeasures

Lv1Reduce Electric Shock damage
Lv2Significantly reduces Electric Shock damage
Lv3Nullify Electric Attribute Damage
No weapons will be dropped

Shock Resistance has an effect of up to maximum level 3. As the level increases, the reduction rate of electric attribute damage increases, and at level 3, it can nullify the damage. However, the effect of not dropping your crucial weapons only occurs at level 3, so if you want to counter this, activate it up to level 3.

▼Only Electric Shock Damage Is Reduced

Shock Resistance can only reduce damage from electric attribute attacks. Therefore, even if activated up to level 3, it is not possible to reduce the damage from all enemy attacks to zero. Remember that if the enemy tackles, you'll receive tackle damage, and if it's a Blaster, you'll take damage from the Blaster itself.

Using Armor With Shock Resistance Effect As A Countermeasure

By equipping Armor with the Shock Resistance effect, you can easily counter electric attacks without worrying about time limits and such. Since the level increases by 1 for each piece, equip three pieces and activate it up to level 3.

Shock Resistance Food Countermeasures

A recommended food with the Shock Resistance effect is the 'Electric Mushroom Skewer,' which can be made by putting three Zapshrooms in a pot. Eating it grants Shock Resistance Level 3 for 7 minutes and 30 seconds, so make use of it when going for a stroll. Adding one Golden Apple to extend the duration of the effect is also recommended.

Also Provides Lightning Proof

Activating Lightning Proof, you can nullify damage from lightning strikes in addition to the effects of Shock Resistance Level 3. During bad weather or battles against Thunder Gleeok, you'll need lightning protection, so make sure to obtain Lightning Proof equipment.
