First, you must go to the Lucky Clover Gazette and receive the order "Potential Princess Sightings!". After receiving the order, Penn will move to the Woodland Stable and the "Serenade To A Great Fairy" will occur.

How To Catch A Horse & Get A Harness
How To Catch A Horse
In order to proceed with the challenge, you need to first catch and register a Horse. There are Horses near Woodland Stable, so if you haven't caught one yet, go to its location, then capture and register it. You can catch a Horse by quietly approaching it from behind, riding it, and calming it by pressing the L button repeatedly.

The Towing Harness can be obtained by accumulating 3 points of Stable benefits. Stable points can be earned by visiting new Stables or staying there overnight. To attach the Harness to your Horse, select Attach a Horse at the Stable's reception desk.
