A small Bargainer Statue is located at the Tenneet near the north entrance of Lookout Landing. Once you go through the Depths to get the Poe and then return, you will be asked to find the Bargainer Statue.
Bargainer Statue On The Plain

It can be reached from the Hyrule Field Chasm that you can enter in the Main Quest Camera Work In The Depths. You can go directly from the Nisoij Lightroot, but it is also convenient to unlock the Stakijat Lightroot for a better view of the surroundings.
Bargainer Statue On The Cliff

Descend from the Chasm west of the Thyphlo Ruins Skyview Tower. When you get into the Depths, go southwest to unlock the Nikakik Lightroot. From there, go west to the Bargainer Statue, which you will need to climb up to the face. There is also a difference in height, and the foothold is quite unstable, so be sure to prepare plenty of Brightbloom.

Enter the Depths from the Chasm east of Ulri Mountain Skyview Tower. Then unlock the nearest Akinatanis Lightroot and head to the Bargainer Statue at the small cliff near the lake.
Wellspring Of Courage

Descend to the Depths from the Chasm west of the Popla Foothills Skyview Tower, and then immediately unlock the Busus Lightroot. Continue along the wall to the southeast where Muokuij Lightroot is located. Head south from Muokuij Lightroot, and you can easily find the Bargainer Statue. The face is in a high position, so you need to climb up.
Wellspring Of Wisdom

Descend from the Naydra Snowfield Chasm just west of Mount Lanayru Skyview Tower and head east. The Bargainer Statue is located in the valley, so you can easily fly directly to it using a Paraglider.
Great Abandoned Central Mine

The Bargainer Statue at the Great Abandoned Central Mine is located in the direction of the Wing rail coming from the Travel Point, one floor down and across the passageway. The Bargainer Statue here requires the completion of Side Adventures, so it cannot be unlocked just by going there.
Walkthrough Chart
Use a bomb to break the wall east of the Great Plateau North Chasm. A pool of water is the landmark.
Talk to the little Bargainer Statue once the water is drained.
Head to the north of the Temple of Time. Examine the large Goddess Statue. The Quest 'A Call From The Depths' begins.
Collect the eye in 4 places and fit them to the Bargainer Statue. Selecting the quest will be easier to find the places.
If you fit all the eyes, you will get a vessel. Bargainer Statue can be unlocked at the same time. Bargainer Statue will be unlocked if you pray after completing the quest.

The Depths Armor Set has a Gloom resistance which prevents the annoying Gloom when exploring in the Depths. It is also useful when fighting Gloom Hands and Phantom Ganon, which often use Gloom attack.

The Bomb Flower is recommended since it has many uses such as destroying Rock or attaching to Arrow that inflicts heavy damage. You can buy up to a maximum of 99 pieces, but it still can be bought again as it will be restored during the Blood Moon.

If you have extra Poe, you can purchase 99 pieces and then head to another Bargainer Statue. Each Bargainer Statue has a different inventory, so you can buy up to 693 pieces!
