Appears Only At Night
Koltin only appears at night, so make a bonfire or find a bed for the night before heading there. If Koltin does not appear when you make a bonfire on-site at night, there are times when it suddenly appears when you take your gaze away from it a little.

How To Use Map GuideKoltin's Shop Is Unlocked After Clearing
Once the challenge is completed, the Bubbul Gem can be exchanged for various items at Koltin's shop. Koltin will continue to appear in throughout Hyule thereafter, so visit when you feel like exchanging items.
