If You Are Not Good At Combat, Create Lv3
These foods allows you to increase your chance to live. So if you are a player that does not do well in combat then create lots of Lv3 since it has the longest effect time.

Defense Up Effect
Increase DEF Power
Just as the name implies, DEF Up will decrease the amount of damage inflicted by enemies. It will increase the DEF of the gear that you are wearing so it will increase durability greatly.

▲Even when you are not wearing any armor, with DEF Lv3, you can endure a Silver Bokoblin (holding a long stick) attack with just a decrease of 5 Hearts.

With the enemy's motion, the damage will change, but most of the calculation of the damage is fixed.
The Damage Will Not Be 0
Even if Link's DEF is above the enemy's ATK, the damage will not be 0, but the Heart will be decreased by 1/4.
Think About Enemy's Weapon
Increasing your DEF is important, but if you are fainting in the game, then it is also important to get rid of the enemy's weapon. If it is a mob enemy like the Silver Bokoblin, then you can shock the enemy to drop its weapon which will make fighting a lot easier.
