Attach The Balloon To A Foothold And Ignite It
- Attach a Flame Emitter and activate it
- Light a torch and approach the Balloon
- Place firewood on the platform of the Balloon and light it
The Balloon can be attached to a foothold using the Ultrahand ability and for it to take off into the sky, you will need to prepare a fire source inside. Recommended materials for the source of fire include Flame Emitters, Torches, and Woods.
How To Make Fires GuideIt Won't Fly If It Is Too Heavy
If you attach too many materials for the foothold or too many Zonai Devices such as Fans, it will become too heavy and you won't be able to fly. When using the Balloon, it is recommended to choose lightweight materials such as Woods.
The Balloon Will Disappear After Approximately 2 Minutes Of Use
The Balloon has a time limit and will disperse after approximately 2 minutes. Just before it disappears the entire Balloon will flash a green light, so remember to take note of that. If you have a Paraglider, use it before landing or dive into the nearest water to avoid taking fall damage.

The Zonai Devices found on the map cannot be stored, if you want to carry them with you, you need to obtain them from the Device Dispensers (Gachas) located in each map.

Balloon Use & Controls
Use A Fan To Control Direction Of Movement
The Balloon can only ascend and cannot be maneuvered alone in any particular direction unless you attach a Fan which you can use to move forward. By attaching the Fan differently, you can manipulate its direction. Additionally, utilizing firewood as fuel allows for sustained floating while recharging, making it ideal for long-distance aerial travel.
