The 2nd half of the battle (once the boss climbs onto the ceiling) can be quite easy as long as you know where to position yourself.
How To Defeat Marbled Gohma In The Fire Temple
First Half Of The Battle
- Use Yunobo's skill to destroy 2 of his legs.
→Once the boss is down, climb on him and attack his eye. - Use Recall on the rocks he throws at you.
→Use Ascend to climb on top to attack his eye.
Yunobo's Skill Can Break 2 Legs
Use Yunobo's skill to break the legs of the enemy; once the legs are broken, the boss will become vulnerable and you can attack.
Once It Loses Its Posture, Attack The Eye
When the boss goes down, climb on top of it and attack its eye. After being attacked for a while, it will counterattack, so watch your timing and move away from it.
Use Recall On The Rocks
When the boss throws 3 rocks in different directions, you can use recall to send it back. The boss will go down when it explodes, so use Ascend to get on top and attack.
Second Half Of The Battle (HP under 50%)
- If you get trapped by rocks, use Yunobo's skill to break free.
*Or use Recall - Look up and find the leg that is furthest from you.
- Move the camera so that the leg comes in the middle.
- Use Yunobo's skill to bring the boss down.
Climb up and attack the eye. - Repeat the above.
Use Yunobo's Skill If The Rocks Trap You In
During the second half of the battle, the boss will try to trap Link using the bomb rocks from above, so use Yunobo's skill to break free. You can also use Recall instead.
Aim For The Furthest Leg On The Ceiling
When the boss climbs onto the ceiling, look for the leg that is furthest from your location. The boss will attack using bomb rocks from the ceiling so keep an eye out on that as well.
Move The Camera To Bring The Leg In The Middle
The easiest way to attack is to move the camera so that the boss's leg comes to the middle of the screen, then use Yunobo's skill. Yunobo will shoot straight up the ceiling, so this will make it easier to aim at the legs.
Defeat The Boss To Unlock Yunobo's Sage Ability
You complete the Fire Temple by defeating the boss, unlocking Yunobo's skill. You can now use this skill outside the main quest.

Leg Attack
If you are close to the Marbled Gohma's Leg, you will be hit by its attack, but if you run and move in a different direction you can avoid its leg attack. Also if you are close enough to the Marbled Gohma, it will cast a strong leg attack that will pierce to the ground, so you should move away and look for a chance to attack.
3 Bomb Rocks
An attack that involves three bomb rocks, that will be thrown by the Marbled Gohma in front. In order to avoid this attack is to move away from it, as it will explode over time and cause serious damage if it hits you. You can also move away and destroy them using the power of Yunobo's skill.
Bomb Rock Entrapment
The enemy will place large bomb rocks that will surround and lock Link inside. The bomb will explode over time, so you need to use Yunobo's skill or Recall to make a gap to escape.

The Marbled Gohma appears to be a strong boss that is located on the Depths map. The following map location is confirmed, so if you want to fight the Marbled Gohma again you can go back or revisit its location

Obtain Crystallized Charges As A Reward
Winning the rematch in Depths will give you 100 Crystallized Charges as a reward. Since Zonai Energy Cells can be expanded just by defeating the boss, it is recommended to make it a priority.
