The Basic Concept Of Heart Food Is To Use Single Items As Food

Materials used for Hearty Food are ingredients are named with the prefix Hearty. The effect provides full recovery and additional hearts even if you use a single ingredient. It is more efficient to use a single ingredient in making these Heart Food.

What Is The Hearty Effect?

Complete Hearts Recovery

As the name suggests, this effect completely restores Link's Hearts. It also helps to free Food Inventory slots since it does not require multiple Food ingredients to make.

Also Gain Additional Hearts

As a side effect of eating Hearty Food, Link will also gain additional Hearts. Since it is the same as increasing durability, you are less likely to die from a single hit, especially when facing stronger enemies.
