The Hylian Shield is the most powerful Shield in the game, and it can be obtained at the side hole in the docks of Hyrule Castle. Since you only need to move around the exterior of Hyrule Castle, the initial value of Stamina Wheel after obtaining the Paraglider is enough to use.

To reach the docks in the northern part of Hyrule Castle, it's best to go around the exterior. Descend using your Paraglider along the outer wall until you spot a hole in the side.
Save & Load When Being Chased By Gloom's Arm

If Gloom's arms are chasing you, you cannot safely open the treasure chest. You can reset to the place where you are not being chased by Save & Load.
