First, collect "Spicy Pepper" which is the main ingredient for Cold Resistance recipes. Spicy Peppers are a common ingredient found across the map. It is recommended to get them on Great Sky Island as well.
Cook Spicy Pepper In The Pot
After obtaining the ingredients, put Spicy Pepper in the pot and cook it. Also, if you cook with 5 Spicy Peppers when you put them in the pot, you can make a dish that is more effective in protecting you against the cold.
