You can find the quest giver "Investigator" at the Great Abandoned Central Mine. Start by going to the Depths from North Chasm and continue south to the Great Abandoned Central Mine.

Walkthrough Guide & Procedure
- Talk to the investigator at Great Abandoned Central Mine
Get Autobuild and do the tutorial
Combat with Master Kohga (1st Time)
Go to the Gerudo abandoned mine and fight with Master Kohga (2nd time)
Go to Lanayru abandoned mine and fight with Master Kohga (3rd time)
Talk to Hakito in Rito Village and find the Rito Village Chasm
Fight with Master Kohga (4th time)

From the Great Abandoned Central Mine, where you defeated Master Kohga the first time, proceed in the direction of the stone statue. If you get lost, compare the map with the one above and continue on your way.
Third Master Kohga Location

Go to the Depths from the Mercay Island Chasm in the northern Lanayru Wetlands, east of Central Hyrule. When you find a stone statue, follow the direction it faces. Basically, you should walk in the direction of east-northeast.

Rito Village Chasm Open By Talking To Ponnick
