The Horned Statue is located inside "Royal Hidden Passage" which is passed the broken wall of Emergency Shelter. Also to receive this challenge, you will have to accept the "Who Goes There?" given from NPC: Jerrin in front of the wall.

Recommended Route
After the quest has been activated, speak to it again and you will be able to get either Heart or Stamina returned.
Choose either 1 and complete the challenge.
You Can Exchange Containers With Rupees
After completing the quests, speak to Horned Statue and you will be able to exchange Heart and Stamina. You can sell the vessel with 100 Rupees and you can pay 120 Rupees to rebuy a Heart/Stamina container.
