From Opening To The First Quest
Room of Awakening
As soon as you wake up, get the Decayed Master Sword in front of you
Use the Decayed Master Sword to cut the roots to proceed
Follow the path and jump into the pond below
Get Archaic Legwear in the chest nearby
Once you are outside the cave, jump off at the edge of the platform to descend
You can find the Soldier Construct around the area after landing
Pick up the Tree Branch so you can use it for combat
Collect all materials you encounter along the way and hoard as many as possible
Upon reaching the bridge, examine the Steward Construct nearby

Examine the rock with glowing marks to enable the bridge in order to proceed
Follow the path ahead and jump off the waterside from the hill
The tall building seen from afar is the destination which can be seen from afar
You can avoid combat by making your way past the Soldier Constructs along the way
Climb the broken staircase
Defeat the Soldier Construct with Shield that appears
The quest is cleared upon reaching the closed door
Finding Princess Zelda Quest Tips
- There is a tutorial for making Food
- Use Shield or evade incoming attacks
- Controls for avoiding attacks
The Steward Construct near the campfire tells you about making Food. It is more effective to cook ingredients than using them as is so create as many as possible for use while you travel.

Before reaching the entrance to the Temple of Time, an enemy with a Shield appears. To defeat it, move sideways or evade incoming attacks before attempting to land a hit.
Your direction when avoiding depends on the direction pressed on the left stick (left & right or bottom) + 'X' button while pressing "ZL" button.
