Burn Spicy Pepper
Simply burning Spicy Pepper can easily create an updraft. However, the duration of the updraft is short, so move quickly after jumping up. Spicy Pepper has many uses for Cold Resistance so be careful not to use it too much.
Burn A Hylian Pine Cone On A Campfire
By adding Hylian Pine Cone to a bonfire, a powerful updraft can be created. This requires a little more work since the fire needs to be set first. Only burning Hylian Pine Cone is meaningless.

Although the location is limited, you can create an updraft over a wide area by spreading fire over a field. This is a technique that can be used in combat as well since it can create an updraft without materials.
