Quest Walkthrough Chart
Jump off from Temple of Time to Surface (ensure that you are going to drop in the water) 
Proceed to the destination in the minimap
(Selects "To the Kingdom of Hyrule" in the Adventure Log)
Enter Lookout Landing
Head to the upper floor using the stairs
Talk to the NPC
The challenge is completed after the cutscene
To The Kingdom Of Hyrule Quest Tips
Ensure There Is Water Below Before Jumping Off
Temple of Time is located in a high altitude so you need to descend to reach the Surface. You can get fall damage which can also lead to death so ensure that there is a body of water below the spot where you plan to jump off.
Manually Select The Main Quest
After reaching the Surface, multiple main quests are going to appear simultaneously. To track the main quest you want to progress, open the menu and select the preferred quest.
Destination Is Displayed On The Map When Selected
By selecting the main quest in the Adventure Log, the destination gets displayed on the map which makes it easier to track. This feature is helpful or navigating through the field.
