Quest Giver Penn, is located in Riverside Stable which southeast of Central Hyrule. To receive this challenge, you must complete Side Adventure "Potential Princess Sightings!", so if you haven't already, do so first.

Gourmets Gone Missing Walkthrough
Walkthrough Guide
- Speak to Penn and receive "Gourmets Gone Missing".
Speak to Gotter.
Head to the other side of the shore of the river and find the tent.
Make Meat and Rice Bowl with Raw Meat, Hylian Rice and Rock Salt.
Speak to the person at the camp, feed it the Meat and Rice Bowl.
Location Of Tent
After speaking to Gotter, the tent that you need to find is located at the location in the picture.
How To Get Ingredients
Raw Meat
Defeat the wild boar near the tent to get the Raw Meat. The deer will drop Prime Raw Meat so be careful.
Hylian Rice
Hylian Rice can be purchased from the merchant with 12 Rupees. The merchant is located on the west side of Kakariko Village road so if you follow the path then you will find him.
Rock Salt
Rock Salt can be found when you break ore deposits randomly. Fuse a boulder to a weapon and create a hammer to destroy the ore deposits.
