Obtained Through The Amiibo
Epona can be obtained by scanning the special Amiibo. If you take it straight to the Stable, you can register it, and from then, you can ride Epona as you want.

Epona has an overall high level across its stats and its Bond is MAX from the start. If you are not particular about it, it is a partner you can use until clear the game.
Note That Epona Is Not The Strongest
Epona's stats is one level lower than the maximum. If you want the strongest Horse, you should reroll it by yourself.
