Right after you fly from Upland Zorana Skyview Tower, there is a sphere where the Shrine is inside. The sphere's entrance is rotating so get the chance and jump inside.

The wings on the left and right, right → Place from the left.
With the paraglider, go to the left platform.
Attach the cart and the wings so they are flat.
Progress to the back of the slop and right the wings to the other side.
Place the wings that you made like in the picture.
Grab the wings from the rail to the right.
Place in between the platforms.
Climb on the wings, and use Ascend to go up and open the treasure chest.
Climb down and attach the fan to the back of the wings.
Ride the wings, attack the fan to activate and go to the back platform.
